WHAT can be returned?
Any stocked line can be returned. Any custom-made or specially ordered item may not.
Warranty returns which are in question of being faulty in appearance or performance by the customer are subject to our initial inspection and will be forwarded on to our supplier for a full warranty claim. If an immediate substitute part is required, the replacement item plus freight costs will be need to be purchased by the customer again until the warranty claim can be fully processed by our supplier.
Once a product has been test fitted, installed or used it can no longer be returned.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Any items intended to be returned, needs to be back at Garage7 within 30 days of invoice.
Any item to be returned needs to be approved by a manager at Garage7.

HOW do customers return items?
You can post/courier your item back to Garage7 with a copy of your invoice
SHIPPING for returns?
Shipping is non-refundable
All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. However, in the event that an incorrect item has been sent, Garage7 will cover return shipping costs.
Packing materials?
All items being returned need to be in original condition. If you would not like to receive the item in the condition it is in, nor will we.
